This application involves a challenge to the dismissal of the Order No.

husband of the petitioner. For the death of the petitioner since 2013, wife has been substituted in place of the petitioner, the service holder. Placing reliance on Rule 46 of the Orissa Pension Rules, wife of the service holder seeks permission for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to make a claim before the Government for at least grant of compensatory allowance. Keeping in view the request of the petitioner, petitioner is permitted to withdraw the application but, however, with liberty to make her application before the competent authority for consideration of her request under Rule 46 of the Orissa Pension Rules. .2.
