Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Without entering into controversy as to the allotment made in favour of the Petitioner on permission of the Development Authority, even though the original allottee involved in multiple allotments, as this Court finds, considering similar situation, a coordinate Bench of this Court has already given specific direction to the Development Authority to work out the requirement involved herein. For the similar dispute already involved decision of this Court, this Court finds, there cannot be a different view. 3.

Thus in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs the Cuttack Development Authority to take a decision on the request of

// 2 // the Petitioner keeping in view the direction of this Court in W.P.(C) No.21509 of 2015 decided on 14.12.2021 by completing the entire exercise within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order. The final outcome should also be communicated to the Petitioner herein.
