A Memo has been filed indicating therein that though the Order of the disengagement passed by the Collector-cum-CEO, DRDA, Malkangiri is under challenge in the present Writ Petition, the case of the Petitioner is under active consideration of the Government for appointing him in the post of GPTA on regular basis and the Collector of the district has recommended the case of the Petitioner and the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach this Court if so required. 3.

Learned Counsel for the contesting Opposite Party Nos.2 &3 submits that he has no instruction in the said regard. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach this Court, if any, fresh cause of action arises.

In view of the said submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
