Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The last sentence of Para-7 of the order no.1 dated 16.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.9758 of 2022 stands modified to the extent that "if the Petitioners have more one criminal antecedent of similar nature, then this bail order shall automatically stand revoked."

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly with the aforesaid modifications only.
