This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.228(C) of 2011 corresponding to Chandrapur P.S. Case No.10 of 2011, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gunupur (Circuit at Bissam Cuttack), under Sections 341/386/307/34 of IPC read with Section 25/27 of Arms Act. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gunupur (Circuit at Bissam Cuttack), by order dated 21.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Taking into account the nature of the allegations and the criminal proclivity of the petitioner, he being involved in a case
under Section 302 of IPC, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

It shall be open for the petitioner to move this Court to renew his prayer for bail afresh after filing of the final form. 7.
Accordingly the BLAPL stands rejected.
