1. The Petitioners' representation dated 16th June 2022 (Annexure1) be examined by Opposite Party No.3 i.e., the Collector, Jagatsinghpur-cum-District Nodal Officer, Mission Amrit Sarovar and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners, the Collector shall pass a reasoned order thereon not later than 21st November 2022, and copy of such order shall be made available to the Petitioners within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
