This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this CMP prays for a direction for expeditious disposal of CRP No. 6 of 2018 pending before learned District Judge, Cuttack.

When the matter was listed on 20th September, 2022, none had appeared to pursue the matter. Further, relying upon the ratio decided in the case of Savitri Devi -v- District Judge, Gorakhpur and others, reported in (1992) 2 SCC 577, this Court has directed to delete Opposite Party No.2 from the cause title of CMP as he cannot be impleaded as a party to the CMP. But, the same has not yet been complied with. 4.

Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter, this CMP is dismissed for non-prosecution. bks (K.R. Mohapatra) Judge
