2. This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of C.P.C. for transfer of C.P. No.17 of 2018 filed by the opp. party - husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1956 in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhawanipatna, Kalahandi, to the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Baliguda, Kandhamal.

3. Office note indicates that written process for issue of notice on sole opp. party by registered post has not yet been filed.

4. Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Civil Proceeding No.17 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhawanipatna, Kalahandi has been dismissed on 23.03.2021.

5. Considering the above submission, since there remains nothing to be decided in this TRP (C), the same stands disposed of.
