Mr. P.C. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that 17 out of 31 charge-sheet witnesses have already been examined, but none of them have supported the prosecution case in material particulars and he further submits as the trial is going on, some more witnesses are likely to be examined in the meantime and, therefore, the present bail application may kindly be taken up after winter vacation. 3.

Mr. P.K. Pattnaik, learned A.G.A. submits that although 17 witnesses have been examined including some material witnesses, but one eye witness Bishnu Charan Behera is yet to be examined, to which learned counsel for the Petitioner submits to verify. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and prayer, list this matter on 16.01.2023.
