There has been already raising issues by group of persons on the construction of the Gram Panchayat office building being decided by the Collector vide Annexure-2. For the dispute involving construction of Gram Panchayat office building and for there is already raising of dispute to be decided by the competent authority, this Court is not inclined to interfere in such matter and the same stands dismissed.

This Court finds, there is also no scope of further representation by any Party.
