1. Reply of Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 makes it clear that "due to non-availability of space at the frontage, the Retail Sales Manager, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Bhubaneswar is utilizing only Ac 0.02 dec of Land Government Plot No.554 to facilitate the parking of Vehicles and to avoid rush in the main road".

2. In that view of the matter, the Court is not satisfied that there has been any encroachment on government land by the Petrol Pump. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
