This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for State.

The petitioners are an accused in Belpada P.S. Case No.218 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.833 of 2021, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh, under Sections 457/380 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patnagarh, by order dated 28.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that because of criminal proclivity, they have been cited as accused in the case at hand.

Learned counsel for the State on the basis of instruction submits that the petitioners have nine criminal antecedents of similar nature and hence submits that the bail application does not merit consideration.

Taking into account the criminal proclivity of the petitioner No.1, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. The same accordingly stands rejected. 8.

Keeping in view that the petitioner Nos.2, 3 and 4 are ladies and in view of the proviso 437(1) Cr.P.C., this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed in seisin over the matter.

Additionally it is directed that they shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till submission of final form.

Accordingly the BLAPL stands disposed of.
