1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement. 2 . Heard.
3. This CONTC has been filed by the Petitioner for noncompliance of the order dated 27.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 40960 of 2021 by the Contemnor.
4. In such view of the matter, the Contemnor is directed to comply the order dated 27.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 40960 of 2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. The Petitioner shall file a copy of this order along with a self-addressed
// 2 // envelope with sufficient postage stamp before the Contemnor within a period of fifteen days hence.
5. Needless to say that if the Contemnor fails to do as directed above, he/ she shall be personally present in Court.
6. Accordingly, this CONTC is disposed of being dropped.
