This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking correction of case number.

Considering submissions of the parties, learned counsel for the Petitioners is permitted to carry out correction in the body of the application.

Accordingly order dated 22.09.2022 stands modified to the extent that G.R.Case No.1309 of 2022 appearing in Paragraph-6 of the order be corrected and read as "C.T.Case No.4698 of 2022" I.A.NO.1936 OF 2022:

The present Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner is not in a condition to move. Therefore, he prays that

// 2 // two months time be allowed to the Petitioner surrender before the court below.

Considering such submission, eight weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender as per order dated 22.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit. 9.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
