Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that against the order dated 06.07.2022 passed by the Tahasildar, Sundargarh in Encroachment Case No.4-279 of 2022, appeal lies. Therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to invoke the appellate jurisdiction by filing appropriate application in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
