This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in Delanga P.S. Case No.294 of 2021 corresponding to Spl. G.R. Case No.03 of 2022 further corresponding to T.R. Case No.31 of 2022, pending in the file of learned A.D.J..-cum- Spl. Court, under Sections 363/376(2)(n)of IPC with Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District Sessions Judgecum- Special Court under POCSO Act, Puri, by order dated 19.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the tenor of 164 Cr.P.C. statement produced by the learned counsel for the State and keeping in view that charge-sheet has already been filed, this Court directs the

petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
