Upon hearing learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State, this application stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioners to approach this Court afresh in case cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.
