The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Junior Engineer (Electricial), SESCO, (TPCODL), Rajkanika-Opposite Party No.3 to remove the high tension (11 KV) line over his homestead land.

In course of hearing, Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to work out his remedy under the statute.
