Ms. Devi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and Order No.

submits, prayer of her client is for expeditious disposal of Lease Case no.1 of 2009 pending before opposite party no.4. She draws attention to order dated 19th September, 2022, passed by coordinate Bench. Paragraph-1 from said order is reproduced below. "1. On instruction, Mr. S.S. Pradhan, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the Tahasildar, Khurda (opposite party No.4) has prayed for two months time to dispose of the Lease Case No.01 of 2009 pending before him."

Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, two months further time be granted for disposal of the case.

Opposite party no.4 is directed to deal with and dispose of the lease case within two months from communication of this order. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
