Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this bail application with a liberty to move the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

In the event such an application is made, learned Court in seisin shall do well to consider the same on its own merit. It shall be open to the Petitioner to bring to the notice of the learned Court in seisin about the release of the co-accused on bail. 3.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn. 4.
