This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Order dated 29th February, 2020 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur in CMC No.28 of 2018 (arising out of CP No.100 of 2018) is under challenge in this writ petition, whereby an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by the Opposite Party was allowed.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meantime CP No.100 of 2018 has already been disposed of by learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur for which the writ petition has become infructuous and prays for withdrawal of the same. A memo has also been filed to that effect. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
