Since it is admitted by both the parties that Respondent No.2 died during pendency of the claim application, the direction made by this Court in order dated 05.01.2022 with regard to payment of compensation in favour of deceased-Respondent No.2 (Lachhama Pradhan) is modified to the extent that the compensation amount shall be paid in respect of the existing Claimants, who include the LRs of said Respondent No.2. 3.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
