In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the State and the submission of the learned counsel for the Informant that in the meantime the investigation being complete, the Investigating Officer has submitted the final form as lack of evidence with a note that the allegations are of civil in nature; the learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application seeking liberty to renew the prayer in the event occasion so arises in future if the original criminal case springs into action.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
