On the oral prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited as Opposite Party No.4 in the Writ Petition in Court today.

Heard Mr. G. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.S. Pradhan, learned Additional Government Advocate. 3.
According to Mr. Singh, the petitioner is aggrieved by inaction of the Tahasildar, Gunupur (Opposite Party No.3) in taking a decision on its representation dated 04.08.2022 under Annexure-4 which it has filed pursuant to the notice dtd. 30th July, 2022 served on it vide Annexure-3 on the subject of RTSS PALSING Project of Opposite Party No.4. In such background, he
prays that a direction to be issued to the Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Gunupur (Opposite Party No.3) to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner under Annexure-4 receipt of which was duly acknowledged by his Office within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as Opposite Party No.4/ or its Authorized Officer in accordance with law and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

Till disposal of the above noted representation, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner. 6.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition and the I.A. are disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
