This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in Sundargarh Vigilance G.R. Case No.14 of 2022 arising out of Rourkela Vigilance P.S. Case No.14 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge (Vigilance), Sundargarh, under Section 13(2) of IPC read with Section 13(1)(b)/12 of P.C(Amendment) Act, 2018.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge -cumSpecial Judge (Vigilance), Sundargarh, by order dated 08.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Considering that the nature of allegation more or less are based on documentary evidence and the period spent in custody from 22.07.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter
including that petitioner shall cooperate with the Investigation and shall appear as and when required by the Investigating Agency. 6.
It shall be open to the Investigating Agency to move this Court for cancellation of bail in the event the petitioner does not cooperate with the investigation.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
