1. This is an application under Sec.439 Cr.P.C. for bail and the offences alleged are under Secs.376(2)(j)/376-AB/294/427/506, I.P.C. and Sec.6 of the POCSO Act.
2. Heard Mr. A. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.
3. Having heard both the parties and considering the age of the victim, who is a minor aged about 7 years, and her statement recorded under Sec.164, Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to release the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
4. The BLAPL is dismissed.
