Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) Under the facts and circumstances mentioned above, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this Writ Petition, call for the records, issue notice to the Opp. Parties and after hearing the parties declare the action of the Opp. Parties as illegal and direct the Opp.

Parties to regularize the service book of the petitioner, release the arrear amount of pension and pensionary benefits till death of the pension and final family pension from the date of death of the ex-employer i.e., from 05.10.2013 within a stipulated time period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.3 by enclosing all the relevant

// 2 // documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.3 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.3 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
