This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with C.T. Case No.124 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned Grama Nyayadhikari-cum-J.M.F.C., Bhograi, arising out of Bhograi P.S. Case No.75 of 2022, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 498-A/302/304-B/34 of IPC read with Section 4 of D.P. Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Balasore, by order dated 28.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Since admittedly the consideration by the learned Court in seisin over the matter was prior to the filing of final form, this Court is not inclined to consider the bail application of the petitioners at this stage.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to renew their prayer before the learned Court in seisin over the matter. If such an application is moved, the same shall be considered on its own merits.

7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
