This writ petition was filed in the year 2016. On 28.02.2017, when the matter was taken up, though none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, it was directed that the defect pointed out by S.R. be removed within one week, failing which the matter will be placed before the Bench for orders. Thereafter, when the matter was taken up on 17.05.2017, neither anybody appeared on behalf of the petitioner nor the defect was removed. However, this Court directed for removal of defect within two weeks. Till today, defect as pointed out by S.R. has not yet been removed.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed for non compliance of the order dated 28.02.2017 and 17.05.2017. Arun/Sukanta (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE (SAVITRI RATHO) JUDGE
