This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the entire criminal proceeding in Special Case No.109 of 2018, arising out of Sarat P.S. Case No.38 of 2018, pending in the file of learned Additional Sessions judge-cum-Children Court, Baripada. 3.
Heard.

Since the case is related to POCSO Act, I am not inclined to quash the aforesaid proceeding on the ground of compromise.

Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.

However, if the Petitioner will surrender before the Court in seisin over the matter within six weeks hence and make a motion for bail, the Court in seisin over the matter shall
