2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "to call upon the opp. parties to show cause as to why appropriate writ/writs shall not be issued setting aside the impugned orders dt.22.6.2022 and 6.7.2022 passed by the opp.

party No.3 & 4, Annexure-1 & 2 series and further to show cause as to why direction shall not be issued to the opp. parties, in particular the opp. party No.3 to allow the petitioner to continue in the present place at M. Rampur as before with all service and financial benefits and upon perusal of the causes shown, if any, or upon insufficient causes shown, make the said Rule absolute and may pass such other order/orders as deemed just and proper."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.3 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case,

// 2 // this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
