and submits, her client suffered damage by cyclone 'Fani'. Compensation was claimed by her client on representation dated 17th July, 2020. Same is pending consideration.

Mr. Sharma, learned Advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made the representation will be duly dealt with.

Opposite party no.4 is directed to consider and dispose of said representation. Within three weeks from date, either compensation is to be paid or reasons made known to petitioner for denial thereof. 4.
