Mr. Senapati, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's banker by communication dated 21st April, 2022 purportedly requested but thereby froze the account, allegedly on instructions of Sales Tax Officer, Assessment Unit, Jaraka. He submits, his client made representation dated 20th July, 2022 to his banker saying that there is no sales tax recovery pending from him. The representation has not been considered by the banker. There be direction for it to do so. 2.

In view of prayer made, Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice. Instead, opposite party no.1 will consider and deal with petitioner's said representation and inform him the result, within two weeks of communication.

The writ petition is disposed of.
