This application has been filed by the petitioners under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of G.R. Case No.124 of 2022 arising out of Pattamundai P.S. Case No.124 of 2022 in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Pattamundai, to the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara.

None appears for the petitioners when the matter is called. None had also appeared on 23.09.2022. 3.

Prayer has been made for transfer of the case within the same Sessions Division Judge, Kendrapara, but no application has been filed before the Sessions Judge, Kendrapara before approaching this Court. Therefore in view of the proviso to Section 407(2) of the Cr.P.C., this TRPCRL is dismissed as not maintainable.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
