This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "That your lordships graciously pleased to allow the writ application and in writ of mandamus direction be issued to the O.P.

No.1-the Commissioner, Consolidation and Settlement for early disposal of Misc. Case No.9 of 2019 (Arising out of Revision Case No.11 of 2012 and further direction be issued to restore the case Admit and issue NOTICE to the Opp.Parties.

And pass any other order/ orders as the Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper."

Considering the prayer made in this Writ Petition, this Court directs, in the event the application vide Misc. Case No.9 of 2019 is still pending before the Opposite Party No.1, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioners.
