The "Misc. Case No.187 of 2017" occurring in the top of the order dated 19.07.2017 be corrected and read as "Misc. case No. 178 of 2017". 3.

This application has been filed for recall of the order dated 02.08.2016 and for restoration of OJC No. 12045 of 1996 to its file which has been dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.

Mr. D. Mohapatra, learned Counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties has no objection to the prayer made by the Petitioner. 5.

Considering the submission made by learned Counsel for the parties and after going through grounds stated in the application itself, the order dated 02.08.2016 is recalled and OJC No. 12045 of 1996 is restored to its file.
