Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner for modification of order dated 29.08.2022. 3.
It is submitted that in terms of the Paragraph-6 of the order dated 29.08.2022, the Petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) and is released on bail. 4.
It is further submitted that in the meanwhile, the Petitioner has deposited further sum of Rs.1,50,000/- and for balance of Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand) the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is not in a position to deposit the same in quarterly installments to the tune of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each as directed.

And, on instruction, it is submitted that for balance of Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand), the Petitioner shall deposit by half yearly installments of Rs.25,000/- each.

Taking note of such submission, this Court is persuaded to modify the order dated 29.08.2022 and directs that the Petitioner to deposit the balance sum of Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand) in two installments in a year of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) each. First of which shall fall due on 04.12.2023.

Learned Court in seisin is requested to calculate the subsequent installments as per the modified order. The nonpayment of quarterly equal installments in terms of the Paragraph-7 of the order dated 29.08.2022 shall not be treated as a violation. 8.
The other stipulation(s) in the said order remain unaltered. 9.
Learned Court in seisin is called upon to act on the production of the order of this Court dated 29.08.2022, Paragraph-7 thereof, as modified and the order passed in this I.A. 10.
Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
