Mr. Satpathy, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, impugned is order dated 21st September, 2020 that stood set aside and quashed by this Bench on order dated 3rd August, 2022 made in W.P.(C) no.16758 of 2022 (Saroj Kumar Sahoo vs. State of Odisha and others). He submits, therefore, his client's challenge to impugned communication is covered by said order dated 3rd August, 2022. 2.

Ms. Pattnaik, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, she has instruction that the very same communication stood set aside and quashed by Saroj Kumar Sahoo (supra).
