The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to approve her appointment as against additional section in Class-VIII-B with effect from 07.06.1994 and to release the consequential service benefits forthwith.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case of the petitioner is covered by the ratio decided by this Court in State of Orissa v. Nabin Kumar Beura, 2011 (I) OLR 149. Therefore, direction may be issued to the authority to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of Nabin Kumar Beura (supra).

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
