ORDER

1. This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.

2. The Petitioner's claim pertains to a period prior to the fresh lease agreement dated 6th April, 2018. The Petitioner's representation in regard to such dues was made only on 24th June, 2021, which is more than three years after the said amount allegedly fell due. Since the claim itself is time barred, there will be no purpose served in issuing a direction to the State to considering the Petitioner's representation. For any other dues, the Petitioner may want to claim, if they are not time barred, other appropriate remedies in accordance with law could be invoked.

3. The writ petition is accordingly not entertained and it is disposed of as such.

4. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of

the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos. No.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
