This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of the order passed by this Court on 28.11.2022 and it is, accordingly, pointed out by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that inadvertently the offence U/S.4 D.P.Act has been omitted while quashing the criminal proceeding against the Petitioners on the ground of settlement and compromise.

It is, accordingly, ordered that the impugned order directing quashing of cognizance include for offence U/S. 4 D.P. Act, besides the offences U/Ss. 498(A)/323/294/506/307/34 of IPC.

Accordingly, the order is modified.
