Petitioner appears to have not approached the competent Order No.

authority in appropriate format. Therefore, the request vide Annexure-1 cannot be directed to be disposed of. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to approach the competent authority with an appropriate format along with necessary documents.

This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
