1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The two petitioners are the defaulting borrowers of three loan accounts declared NPA on 31st March,2021 leading to issuance of a demand notice under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act,2002 on 17th June,2021 recalling the outstanding liabilities to the tune of Rs.23,22,395/-.

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition, in view of subsequent developments, and file a fresh petition challenging the notice U/s.13 (4) as well.

4. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
