02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. S.K. Singh, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Manoj Kumar Pati, learned CGC appearing for the Union of India.
3. It is submitted that seeking modification of the order of transfer passed on 08.07.2022 under Annexure-3 the Petitioner approached the Authority on 15.07.2022 under Annexure-5. It is submitted that even though fresh representation has been filed since 15.07.2022, but no decision has been taken. It is also submitted that the Petitioner has not yet been relieved basing on the order of transfer passed on 08.07.2022.
4. In view of such submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court while disposing the writ Petition directs O.P. No.2 to take a decision under Annexure-5 within a period of two (2) weeks from today. Till a decision is taken, statusquo as on today with regard to continuance of the Petitioner be maintained by both the Parties. Learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned
