This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Mr.

Niranjan Maharana, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department on instruction as per the order dated 20.09.2022 submitted that Cuttack Vigilance P.S. Case No.46 dated 26.09.2022 has already been registered under section 13(2) read with section 13(1)(a) of the P.C. (Amendment) Act, 2018 against the petitioner. In view of such submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this revision petition in order to file a fresh petition for

Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn.
