Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "It is therefore most respectfully prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash the order dated 23.09.2021 vide Annexure-4 and thereby be pleased give a direction to the Opposite Parties, particularly to Opposite Party No. 4, to take disciplinary measure against the accused i.e. Opp. Party No. 6.
The Hon'ble Court may also be pleased to pass any other further order/orders as deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
The Writ Petition involves a serious allegation on non-deposit of amount involving the Petitioner, it is alleged even though allegation has been made to look into such aspect and remedy it out also by taking appropriate action against the person responsible, there is no action at the end of the Superintendent of Post Office, Mayurbhanj, Division- Opposite Party No. 4.

Considering the request of the Petitioner is pending consideration before the Opposite Party No. 4, this Court directs Opposite Party No. 4 to take a lawful decision and action, if any, involving person responsible for any lapse, but however, involving such person by completing such action at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner along with copy of the Writ Petition. 5.
The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
