1. The challenge in the present writ appeal is to an order dated 19th October 2016, passed by the learned Single Judge disposing of the W.P.(C) No.20040 of 2014 filed by the present Appellant.

2. A perusal of the impugned order which reveals that all that the learned Single Judge has done is to remand the matter to the original authority with a direction to both parties to appear before the original authority in RMC No.14 of 2007. During the pendency of the writ appeal, there has been no stay of the said order. It ought to have been worked out by now. In any event, the Court is unable to find any error having been committed by the learned Single

Judge which requires interference of this Court. The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.
