1. Mr. Mahanta, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client wants return of sale deed, presented for registration but not registered because his client's - vendor was not present.

Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

Mr. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party no.4 and submits, his client has been alleged to be the vendor. 4.
On query from Court Mr. Mahanata could not point out statement made in the petition that his client had presented the document. At this stage he wants to not press the writ petition.
