This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Baripada Town P.S. Case No.409 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.932 of 2022, pending in the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Baripada, for the alleged commissions of offences under Sections 376(2)(n)/417/420/313/294/341/323/506 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Baripada, by order dated 27.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the statements on record, since charge-sheet has already been filed on 25.07.2022 and the petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2022, this

Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. 6.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
