This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the State-opposite parties to take appropriate steps for disposal of Encroachment Cases No.4-38/2021, 4-39/2021 and 4-40/2021, by evicting the opposite parties no.3 to 5.

At the outset, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the opposite parties to that extent. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
